Run it

Bellhop installs and leaves a small bell in the menu bar on a Mac, or the system tray on Windows. It starts with the machine from then on, and nobody has to be signed in for the printers here to work.

Open your pairing link

Whoever asked you to install this sent a link. Open it on this machine: Bellhop claims it, the desk appears in their system, and the printers start taking jobs. The link works one time, so ask for another if yours has expired.

No open ports

Bellhop connects outward only. It never listens, so no firewall exception is needed at this location.

No account on this machine

Nothing to sign in to and no password to keep. The pairing link is the only credential it holds.

Jobs travel from your company's server to this desk. bellhop.dev issues the licence and never receives a job, a weight, or a message.
