After you install
Bellhop leaves a small bell in the menu bar on a Mac, or the system tray on Windows, and starts with the machine from then on. Open the pairing link you were sent on this machine: the desk appears in your company's system and the printers start taking jobs. The link works one time, so ask for another if yours has expired.
The agent connects outward only and never listens, so no firewall exception is needed. There is no account to sign in to on this machine. Jobs travel from your company's server to this desk, never through bellhop.dev.
